here's our experience schedule, designed to provide an immersive experience in Kenya’s diverse wildlife and natural beauty;

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi – Gateway to Kenya

  • Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi.
  • Meet and greet by your safari guide and transfer to your hotel in Nairobi for check-in.
  • Relax and unwind after your long journey.
  • Overnight: Nairobi (hotel of your choice: Sarova Panafric Hotel or similar)

Day 2: Nairobi – David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust & Giraffe Centre

  • Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before heading to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to visit the famous elephant orphanage. Watch the baby elephants being fed and playing in the mud.
  • Late morning: Visit the Giraffe Centre, home to the endangered Rothschild giraffe. Feed and interact with these gentle giants.
  • Afternoon: Explore Karen Blixen Museum or visit Nairobi National Park for a short game drive.
  • Evening: Transfer to Nairobi Railway Station for your overnight train journey to Mombasa (optional), or take a flight to Mombasa.
  • Overnight: Train/Flight to Mombasa.

Day 3: Mombasa – Arrival and Transfer to Tsavo East National Park

  • Morning: Arrive in Mombasa and transfer directly to Tsavo East National Park (approximately 3 hours’ drive from Mombasa).
  • Afternoon: Check into your lodge (e.g., Voi Wildlife Lodge or similar) for lunch. Afterward, embark on your first game drive in Tsavo East, renowned for its large herds of elephants, lions, and a variety of bird species.
